UPRERA cancels registration of three housing projects in Ghaziabad

Due to work delays, the Uttar Pradesh Real Estate Regulatory Authority (UPRERA) has cancelled the registration of three housing projects in Ghaziabad. The bank accounts of these projects have also been frozen to prevent monetary transactions.

The Uttar Pradesh Real Estate Regulatory Authority (UPRERA) has de-registered three under-development housing projects in Ghaziabad, namely Raksha Vigyan Sanskriti Phase -2, Antriksh Sanskriti Phase-2 and Antriksh Sanskriti Phase-3. Further, the Authority has frozen bank accounts of these projects to prevent any transactions until further notice.
