TVS Emerald, HDFC Capital set up Rs 1,000-cr platform to fund plot-based projects

TVS Emerald (Emerald Haven Realty) on March 29, 2023, signed a term sheet with HDFC Capital to create a Rs 1,000-crore platform for plotted development projects. The companies will use the new platform to develop plotted developments across Chennai and Bangalore.

 

Sriram Iyer, president and CEO, TVS Emerald, said, “This is a strategic tie-up to grow our plotted development portfolio in the South markets.”
